Meet Our Team
Sherine Heshmat
Sherine Heshmat is the founder of Art Square Academy. She was the head of fashion design department at the Fashion Design Center (FDC) in Egypt, for 9 years. She was in charge of supervising the student’s graduation project for the Fashion Designing and Fashion Styling courses.
Sherine has participated in international exhibitions; such as "Salon De Pret-a-Porter" in Paris on Feb. 2010, where she was coordinating the FDC’s student participation in the exhibition. She also took part in “Cairo Fashion Art Project in Import Shop Berlin/Germany” with her own collection.
Adding to her experience, Sherine has contributed in cultural heritage projects in order to transfer her theoretical and practical understanding of the field to the people in the remote areas of Egypt
Nermin Youssef
Nermin has been the backbone of Art Square Academy from the very beginning, she worked her way into the operation manager at the academy. Nermin developed extensive decision-making and communication skills. With a background in administration, she has experience overseeing operational statistics to make improvements and encourage higher efficiency among all employees. Nermin is a Goal-oriented marketing expert with talents in developing and implementing successful strategies, driving profits, increasing market shares and strengthening customer dominance.
Rimon Nozhy
As a Finance Manager, I oversee all areas of Finance and Administration. I provide strategic analyses to the owners to determine project and company profitability, prepare annually financial statements and any financial reports required, develop company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with business regulations, tax laws, insurance requirements, etc. I also serve as the focal point for human resources management, payroll service. There are a number of things I enjoy while working here, such as problem-solving, providing timely and relevant analyses, and working as a team to grow the company.
Roshan Elqurashi
Roshan Elqurashi is an Artist, Art Section Head and Art Instructor residing in Cairo, Egypt. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Faculty of Fine Arts. In 2015 she was introduced to Contemporary Art, Art theories and Art History at Student Council Program by Studiokhana for Contemporary Art.
Mohamed Fishier
Fishier graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, He studied Fashion at Venus Magazine (Fathy Khalil) for two years. After graduation he started his career in fashion designer for the pink dream, topless, xoox factory in Istanbul and worked in Egypt the Deena group, in addition to his own brand Fishier, He participated as a jury member in Cairo Fashion Show for 3 years, and has been teaching Pattern and Fashion since 2010, Currently He is The Fashion Department Head at Art square Academy.​
Alaa Abdelrahman
Alaa Abdelrahman is a Visual Artist and Art Instructor at Art Square Academy. holding a BFA from Helwan University Painting Department, participated in many exhibitions in Cairo. She loves to share her different techniques in painting especially oil painting and her knowledge of colour.
Lilyan Malak
Lilyan is the friendly face at the front desk. She is our insurance and billing expert always ready to help with your questions or concerns. Lilyan is dedicated to helping customers with every step of their visit from phone responding, registration, following up with schedules and updates to the final goodbyes.
Marian Malak
Marian received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. She has worked in administration since 2010 and thanks to her attention to detail, and the retention and retrieval of a human post-it-note, she landed her an Admin Assistant position at Art Square Academy in 2017.
